Logo, 12-Page Company Profile Brochure
Garden On Hire has been in business since 2013 and has built a serious client roster across some of India's most recognisable corporate names. Their service is genuinely comprehensive: they design plant environments for specific spaces and light conditions, install them, maintain them on rotation, disinfect them seasonally, and swap in fresh plants when needed. All of this under one subscription.
The challenge was to package that offering into a company profile that could walk into a boardroom and be taken seriously. The brochure needed to communicate the full breadth of their service, from cabins and workstations to office receptions, walkways, breakout areas, and corporate green gifting, without becoming a catalogue. It needed to feel like a brand document for a company that knew what it was doing.
The logo needed to carry the same weight: natural and trustworthy, professional enough for a B2B sale, and distinctive enough to work on a branded vehicle, a uniform, and a printed document.
The Solution
The logo was built around the idea of a living, growing brand. Clean and structured enough to sit comfortably in corporate contexts, with enough warmth and organic character to communicate what Garden On Hire actually does. The mark works at small sizes on uniforms and at large sizes on their branded vans.
The brochure was structured as a proper company profile, not a price list. It opens with the brand story and service philosophy, moves through the full range of environments Garden On Hire works in, and closes with a client roster that speaks for itself. Photography throughout was treated with a consistent look that made even modest office plant installations feel considered and intentional.
The corporate green gifting section was given its own spread, showcasing individual plants by name, giving the document a useful reference function beyond a first read.
What was built
Brand logo designed for print, digital, and vehicle application. 12-page company profile brochure covering About, Services, Installation types across six environment categories, Corporate Green Gifting, and Client roster.
Result
A company profile that Garden On Hire could hand to a facilities manager at Aramco or a procurement lead at Concentrix and have it land with the credibility their work deserved. The brochure gave a decade-old business a document that finally matched the scale of what they had built.
